Quotes are based on the information you give us and, where applicable, an on-site walkthrough. If conditions at the property differ materially from what was described, we'll contact you before performing additional work. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

DFW Twin Sweep LLC carries commercial insurance, and certificates of insurance are available on request. Please report any claim of damage in writing within 48 hours of service so we can investigate while the facts are fresh. Please also secure cash, jewelry, firearms, sensitive documents and irreplaceable items before service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question, except where Texas law provides otherwise. We work to keep the information on this site accurate, but we don't guarantee it is complete or error-free.

7. Scheduling, Cancellation and Payment

You're responsible for providing safe, legal access to the property at the scheduled time. If our crew can't access the property, or if conditions make the work unsafe, we may reschedule and a trip charge may apply. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Recurring commercial accounts follow the cancellation terms in their service agreement. Payment terms are set out in your quote or service agreement, and invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to late fees as permitted under Texas law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from our services or your use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
